- Payment processors: Credit card information transmitted securely to our processor; we do not store full card numbers
- Legal / regulatory: If required by subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request
We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties. Period.
How we protect it
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption for web forms, secure password-protected databases, and access controls limiting staff access to the minimum information needed to perform their job.
No system is 100% secure. If we learn of a data breach affecting customer information, we will notify affected customers promptly.
Your rights
